She's got it!
Florence Welch + The Machine, what a treat to see them live! I can't even put words one Florence Welch's voice.. It's so amazing I shiver every time I listen to it..
When I saw her live at Way Out West I had goosebumps almost the entire concert! As most of the Way Out West auidence was over at Robyn I managed to get pretty close to the stage when Florence & The Machine played, I only wish that more people would have chosen Florence over Robyn making ous fill the Linné tent for her! Maybe we will next time, when more people in sweden knows about her! Funny thing is that earlier that day i almost bumped in to her on the festival grounds not knowing it was her until she just passed me with her friend. I wounder if she can walk around like that in the future, beeing on the edge of very famous.
I Hope you all login at spotify now and listen to her first album Lungs!
I Hope she returns as soon as possible to sweden so I can see and listen to her live again, and watch her dance around on the stage in super high heels! You got my love Florence!!
Florence + The Machine played as you might have understod from all my flattery, unbelievably well at Way Out West, making the festival seem terrifically good for you readers... and YES it was!!

Way Out West - Band Of Horses
Oooh my god! A dream come true to see band of horses live! The sun was shining at Way Out West and Ben was happy, makin' jokes and saying "tusen tack" more then a few times! Makin the swedish part of the audience go crazy!
They put on a great show in the sun, playing all our favourites and even a new nameless-song from their new unreleased album Night Rainbow. Whenever that album is released would be fun to find out but my guesses are as good as anyone elses. Here is: Weed Party played att Way Out West!

Way Out West - Bon Iver
Walking to the Linné stage I had pretty mellow expectations. I know what they can do in small apartments in paris, I'v seen it all on youtube.. but with a big crowd around them? Hmm I didnt know what to expect, and since I love Bon Iver so much I couldnt set so high expectations incase of faliure.
But OH MY GOD - WT(almost)F! They gave ous all in the Linné tent one insane concert! The absolute highlight was after skinny love wich was supposed to be the last song, but they "changed" their minds and played The Wolves (Act I and II). There is a clip from it on youtube where you kind of get the feeling, when all of ous in the audience sings "what might have been lost"..
Ooh what a great concert, I'm sorry if you missed it!
Röyksopp 4ever! (way out west segment)
When I was on Way Out West I had the fortune to see Röyksopp live, and it was one of the best concerts I'v seen! The Norwegians know their way around beats and with swedish help from Karin Dreijer af Fever Ray and Robyn you get success! They played alot of new tunes from their latest album Junior. The ones that really played well was of course The Girl And The Robot and Röksopp Forever. I must admit that i love those two! I'v Seen alot of great homemade videos to Röyksopp Forever such as this one!

I must also say that I love the old pieces, like What Else Is There? and the other songs with Karin Dreijer from Fever Ray and The Knife! And Eple that was the first song that got me stuck on Röksopp! The auidence was crazy and the night was only young when they played under the roof of the Linné tent at Way Out West!

White Sky
I have allways felt like the white sky is one of the most booring, well... if snow doesn't fall from it of cource.. I love snow! Well enough about me.. Vampire Weekend performed a song from their new album Contra on Jimmy Fallon the other night..
Contra will be released in somewhere between the 11th and 12th of januari next year! HOPE for it good people!
I remember when I heard 'em live at way out west, what a treat I danced to next to all of their songs and I'm not even much of a dancer.. The music made me dance! Great memories.. enough about them, your not interessted anyhow!

Way Out West - Vivian Girls
Vivian Girls in action!
I didn't like their live performance.. You couldn't hear their voices, only their instruments.. the only impressing thing with this concert was when the girls switched instruments with eachother.
Ps. Found out on spotify that they do seem to be afraid that you will hear their voices in their songs even when they dont play live.. Must be bad for buisness in the long run! I can only hope that they think of this for future records!

Iv got Way Out West left and then the summer comes to an end! Feels kind of good, I like summer but I like the autumn that comes now.. and after that there is winter, my favorite of all the seasons! But as I said, way out west is left and its going to be superb!

We are killing this planet!
Human the only selfdestructive inhabitant of this earth.. One would think we would have learned from previous misstakes, that is not a fact. I advice everyone to see the full movie HOME
The movie HOME is directed by one of my favorite photographers Yann Arthus-Bertrand! I must say that this is the first kind of movie mentioning the problems at our planet that have actually moved me emotionally! I advice everyone that lives on this planet to see it!

I weep for the few poor people that havn't discovered passion pit yet. My intire summer have been filled with their latest album manners! I reached over 1000 played songs @ last.fm in no time! Here is a live performance with them, playing sleepyhead one of my favorites!
